Behold! Mighty Greg Horn bringeth the sound and fury, dropping a set of variant covers so powerful that a mayhap tear your Asgard a new one! Inspired by the beloved artwork of The King, Greglactus has illustrated a pair of variant covers based on the iconic cover of Thor # 155 by Jack Kirby and Vince Colletta. 

This time, the monstrous Mangog has been replaced with the enigmatic Black Winter, bringing with him an ominous threat to the universe and the startling revelation that his herald is none other than Galactus. He also bringeth plenty of Prell. You don't just wake up with silky smooth hair like that. That's work, folks.

As for our store exclusive cover, Glamorous Greg his tapped into his feminine side to serve up the sensuously, spellbinding and alluring Amora the Enchantress! This vision of the stunning femme fatale was inspired from a panel within the pages of the character's first appearance in Journey into Mystery # 103!

Greg will be producing limited, numbered dual signed remarks for covers A & C. Each remarked book will be signed by Greg and issue writer Donny Cates!

Please Be Aware -- WE CANNOT GUARANTEE 9.8s for any of our numbered/remarked books. However, we will do our best to screen for the best copies available. So far, we have not mailed a book graded lower than a 9.6.  

The A cover will feature a black out remark with the text "Winter is Coming," illustrated with dual colors. Dual signatures of Greg Horn and Donny Cates.

The C cover will feature a remark of the Prince of Asgard turned frog, hammered and out for the count. Dual signatures of Greg Horn and Donny Cates.

Estimated Shipping Time: As a pre-sale item, this will NOT be in stock until AFTER the scheduled release date of August 19, 2020 Our warehouse staff will evaluate these items for quality assurance prior to fulfilling orders. This process will take 7 to 10 days.

Orders of raw books (ungraded) will be processed immediately thereafter. Orders of slabbed books (CGC-graded) will be processed after the books are graded by CGC and sent back to us. The average time for grading, slabbing and shipping Modern tier books is 5 to 6 weeks.

Orders for the dual-signed remarks will require more time. We are coordinating with Donny through a facilitator and these things take time. Artists have schedules that are not always compatible. If you are unwilling to wait a few weeks for the illustrations to be dual signed and illustrated before submission to CGC, you may want to purchase another of our slabbed offerings.
